Sarah Palin’s home state may emerge as the dark horse of the 2010 election cycle, according to recovery.org, which added 13 congressional districts to a state that has never mustered more than one.
Alaska has experience population growth since the 2000 census, but it surely has not surpassed Georgia, a state with 13 congressional districts.
A Watchdog study revealed 440 non-existent congressional districts within the stimulus tracking web site, recovery.org. The full report can be found here and below:
