The stimulus package created or saved more than 100 jobs in 6 Florida Districts that do not exist, according to Recovery.org.
More than $11 million was pumped into districts bearing the names of 00, 86 and other seemingly random numbers.
A Watchdog study revealed 440 non-existent congressional districts within the stimulus tracking web site, recovery.org. The full report can be found here and below:
