NEW YORK — As leaders of more than 100 nations gather this week in New York City to propose sweeping new green-energy regulations, supporters of the U.N. Climate Summit agenda have made pilgrimage to the Big Apple to let their voices be heard — and, as is evident in these images, to get their freak on.
