Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and Barrett discuss discrepancies in Milwaukee Police Department violent crime reporting. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported that MPD misreported at least 500 cases to the FBI as minor assault crimes, which made it seem that violent crimes were on the decline in the city.
