OKLAHOMA CITY — With Tuesday’s primary nearing, Dakota Woods, a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer who is one of six candidates in the Republican primary for Oklahoma’s 2nd Congressional District, hopes his resume and campaign performance will, in combination with a modest burst of late advertising, lift him into the August 28 runoff.
