OKLAHOMA CITY — The fallout from the U.S. Supreme Court decision last week has some contending that the federal health-care exchange is a “done deal,” while others are organizing efforts to oppose the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, including the exchanges.
Oklahoma’s largest newspaper, The Oklahoman, took a critical view of the federal health care law upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, encouraging officials to find ways to limit its fiscal impact on Medicaid in the Sooner State.
However, the State Chamber of Oklahoma, a business membership nonprofit, is pushing for the creation of the health-care exchange.
