School choice measures on tap in Nebraska legislature

Add Nebraska to the growing list of states in which legislatures will be considering expanding school choice and charter options in 2017.

“Measures introduced Wednesday in the state Legislature would create a new accountability system for Nebraska’s public schools, then allow for private-school vouchers or charter options for students in lower-rated schools,” the Lincoln Journal-Star reports.
