ALEXANDRIA — Gov. Bob McDonnell is seeking comments from the private sector and the public in prioritizing Virginia's transportation projects.
On Tuesday, McDonnell announced the Office of Transportation Public-Private Partnerships’ “pipeline” of well-established transportation projects, as well as new transportation ideas under consideration through Virginia’s Public-Private Transportation Act. The 1995 law allows private groups to enter into agreements for transportation construction, maintenance and improvement projects.
