OK: Court asked to review bonding practices

OKLAHOMA CITY — The push by state Sen. Patrick Anderson, R-Enid, to limit bond issues to originally stated purposes — and to secure legislative approval — is headed to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Anderson has taken issue with bonding practices including $25 million in bonds the Legislature approved that was never used for the construction of low water dams along the Arkansas River.
