SANTA FE — Things are tightening up for President Barack Obama in New Mexico.
The national polling organization Public Policy Polling released a survey Wednesday, showing that Obama’s lead on presumptive GOP nominee Mitt Romney has gone down.
PPP, which is associated with the Democratic Party, reports that Obama leads Romney 49 percent to 44 percent in a phone survey of 724 voters taken between July 13-16.
