U.S. Rep. Allen West takes to Fox News to criticize the $500 billion in military sequestration cuts ordered for Jan. 1, 2013.
He cites jobs and national security as his major reasons for opposing any cuts to the military budget, currently slated at over $1 trillion with overseas operations, pensions and future contractual increases.
Does West mean to say that defense spending is always off the table when it comes to discretionary budget cuts?
