The Democratic National Convention is under way in Charlotte.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It’s Day Two of the Democratic National Convention, and it’s time for the activists to take the stage here.
Richard Trumka, president of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL–CIO), and women’s rights activits Sandra Fluke are among dozens of people who will take to the podium to address delegates.
But the most anticipated speech of the night certainly is former President Bill Clinton, who is the last official speaker for the evening.
