MONEY GRAB: More than 45 departments, agencies and commissions want larger budgets — a grand total of $12 billion — for fiscal 2014 and 2015.
CONCORD — State agencies are hoping for a 19 percent increase in next year’s budget, according to submissions sent to the New Hampshire Governor’s Office this month.
The wish lists from the heads of 47 departments, agencies and commissions total less than $12 billion for fiscal 2014 and 2015, up from the $10 billion in the state’s current two-year budget.
