SPRINGFIELD – This is what Gov. Pat Quinn’s critics have been complaining about. The governor is holding a press conference Friday morning to talk about pension reform. But the state Senate left Thursday without acting on pension reform. And Senate leaders say they won act until the House. That MAY happen next week, but nothing looks ready for a vote yet.
