SPRINGFIELD  –  Illinois lawmakers are entering their last week for pension reform. The legislature has until noon Wednesday to approve a reform package, or a new General Assembly will have to start from the beginning.

Gov. Pat Quinn met with legislative leaders Saturday in Chicago, but they could not come to terms on a deal.
