Three new members appointed by governor to Board of Horse Racing

HELENA –  Gov. Brian Schweitzer on Monday announced three new appointees to the Board of Horse Racing,  a panel now trying to determine how it incurred a $535,000 shortfall in 13 months to its simulcast program.
