On Monday, the US Supreme Court heard 90 minutes of argument on the whether the Anti-Injunction Act of 1867 (AIA) allows a lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act. Largely seen as a formality before the case can proceed, the Court has already decided it would hear the rest of the arguments and make a determination on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act.
