ST. LOUIS — The sun is shining inside the Edward Jones Dome after Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster agreed to release records regarding the St. Louis Rams’ upgrade wish-list for the facility.
Koster said the documents are posted on his office’s website in compliance with the state’s Sunshine Law.
